I went to the store at 2620 simcoe Street North. I wasted 25 minutes. The lady would not let me scan and get my birthday sub. She said I had to order online and I had till 830pm. It was not working, I said to her, "Can you please call your manager?" I never had to order online last year for my sub. They just scanned the birthday coupon She said no I said well then at least tell me your name so I can prove that I came tonight because they might not let me redeem it tomorrow. She said no. Great friendly service ! The customer service is always top notch here and delicious food on top or course. Would 11/10 coming to grab a sub whenever you can :)
Amazing staff and I always leave with a smile. The tuna sub is my favourite and I will be a forever customer because of the staff :)
Location was clean. Friendly staff. But they are stingy with ingredients. I got a vegetarian sub and mostly tasted bread. I like subway and this is close to my home but I think I will travel further to another location
