I’ve been a customer for several years now, and the woman who used to serve me was always great. However, over the last few years, whenever the owner takes my order, I find his customer service to be lacking. He often seems miserable, and it makes for an unpleasant experience. Its not the same as before. The quality is turning into quantity
I think you need to teach the staff better food handling practices. They should not be using the same gloves to ring people through as they are for making the food. Remove the gloves, ring person through, new pair of gloves.
Back again. Place is clean and bright. Staff are always nice and efficient. Great subs.
Decent food. Redeeming free subs from the rewards program is quite the pain in the ass.
