Compliments go a long way but having an amazing dinner that was passed down through generation of your mom teaching you how to make meatballs and then you serve them to your customers it's just something no other restaurant can touch. The customer service from the older staff is absolutely amazing - and insanely friendly. We love coming here both my husband and I. It's one of our favorite shops in London to eat. I highly recommend everyone go over here, and try their meatball sub you'll be blown away.
My son and I came to this location today - our first time ever - to redeem an offer I got thru my email that seemed like a steal. The short cranky woman that shared “I’ve worked here a LONG time” said absolutely not, I had to get the app. So, it took close to 15 minutes but I got the silly app to download and once I did, the app offers were not the same as what I’d received in the email. I asked for a sub with no bun and extra lettuce in a bowl at first He had a meltdown about it .I didn't get all the items lunch meat ETC..I should have. No sauce. Extremely bad service! Will never go back!
