The older man who worked the Monday October 20th shift at 10am was extremely kind and helpful. Went above and beyond to help and deserves a promotion!
Compliments go a long way but having an amazing dinner that was passed down through generation of your mom teaching you how to make meatballs and then you serve them to your customers it's just something no other restaurant can touch. The customer service from the older staff is absolutely amazing - and insanely friendly. We love coming here both my husband and I. It's one of our favorite shops in London to eat. Been here a bunch of times, not much to complain about other than the smell of the building. Like, what is that? Smells like musty rubber or something.
