The server was giving me attitude!
This has happened multiple times. One employee is constantly on a phone call with an earbud in while customers are waiting. She barely acknowledges anyone and simply points to the pickup order. Extremely unprofessional.
Very poor service. One employee seems more interested in her phone conversation than the customers. She wears an earbud, doesn't greet anyone, and just points to the pickup bag. This is not how customers should be treated.
I've picked up orders here several times, and the same employee is always distracted by her phone call. She wears an earbud, ignores customers, and simply points at the pickup order instead of greeting anyone. Management should address this.
Really disappointing experience. Every visit is the same—one employee wears an earbud, talks on the phone, and gives customers almost no attention. No greeting, no respect, just points at the order. Management needs to improve customer service standards.
