This has happened multiple times. One employee is constantly on a phone call with an earbud in while customers are waiting. She barely acknowledges anyone and simply points to the pickup order. Extremely unprofessional.

I've picked up orders here several times, and the same employee is always distracted by her phone call. She wears an earbud, ignores customers, and simply points at the pickup order instead of greeting anyone. Management should address this.

Really disappointing experience. Every visit is the same—one employee wears an earbud, talks on the phone, and gives customers almost no attention. No greeting, no respect, just points at the order. Management needs to improve customer service standards.

Let’s put a non-communicative “new Canadian” behind the counter. After selling hundreds, if not thousands, of combos, how do you make the mistake of putting only one cookie in my bag? Once the issue was communicated to the attendant, I got the response, “It only says COOKIE on the receipt” and “Some people only eat one,” without acknowledging the mistake or apologizing.
