Bad service and bad food , employee doesn’t do proper food , so disappointed of bad food ! Improve otherwise I can cause sickness to clients
Very dissatisfied with the subs today. The subs weren't filled properly and they used the minimum of ingredients. Won't be back as I don't like being ripped off. The service was decent.
The older (white) lady has terrible customer service. She got our order wrong, my husband and I didn’t want to correct her to have to listen to her rude reply. The other girls where busy but and must have been in the middle of sweeping and left their dirt piles in the middle of the floor. The other two girls were plenty, but I felt bad for them having to work with somebody so miserable. Let’s hope the subs are good at least.
Recently was there. They don't know what a scanner is. The lady at the counter typed my Rewards number in wrong and didn't get my reward. And lastly, how would you like a bug fly into your sub while you are eating it. Awesome eh? I am done with this location forever.
Stopped on the way back from the Airport haven't been to mister Sub in years, the place was so clean. The 2 ladies working tonight were so nice. They took such care and it was delicious, wonderful service, great place, highly recommend.
