I would give 0 stars if i could, they used really moldy bread! Bought 2 subs on the app for pickup to bring home, they were ready when i got there so didn’t see them being made. Opened the subs at home and started eating then realized it tasted funny. Looked at the bottom bread and saw it was moldy bread. Like not just a little spot but whole thick lines of green mold all along the bottom of the bread. No idea how the person making the sub missed this. Taste is very bad. They didn’t reheated the sub and their bread is very stale.
It was the best sub we had in a long time.
This is the newest Mr. Sub to open in London, and I love Mr. Sub and was giving this location some lack when they first opened, but now it’s been months and it’s still a joke, and I will explain why now. The owner is very rude, hardly acknowledges customers, and is always playing on his phone. There is only canned pop and a very limited selection. (see below) Barely any chips. Adelaide’s Mr Sub makes a well packed sub with lots of toppings and sauce, but after ordering twice for delivery and once in store from this location I won’t be a return customer. If I’m opening my sub from its wrapped position and the paper is dry and clean - not even a piece of lettuce stuck to the inside, that’s an instant fail for me. When I went in person the young man working was nice enough, but wouldn’t add more sauce or toppings when asked, so that explained why the “clean dry” subs in the past.
