I had a really bad experience at Mr. Sub recently. Two girls working at counter kept laughing and joking around while I was trying to place my order. It was clear they weren’t interested in their work at all – completely unprofessional. Moreover, when I ordered grilled chicken, they just microwaved it right in front of me instead of grilling it. the food looked nothing like the photo shown, the chicken was microwaved without a cover and without placing it on a proper plate, the cashier or employee looked like they were not having a good day... like i get it ur shift is almost over but u do still need to properly serve ur customers, she was lowkey arrogant...
