Sub was made wrong which happens fairly often here and today when I called ahead as my husband was on his way back to the store to have it remade I was told they can’t do that ahead of time. I told the guy that my husband is in a hurry he said that’s too bad I can’t make the sub until I get the wrong one back. I replied yes he has it with him and will return it when he gets there. Terrible customer service and to think we go here often. Won’t be doing that anymore.
Been coming to this location for 20 yrs. First time I have ever had a bad experience. I understand that it's under new ownership. Ordered a sandwich grilled that I've ordered a million times before. I didn't see it since it's drive thru. Opened it at home and it's badly burnt. I go back and they didn't even apologize but got attitude from the guy there. Short staffed, the lady put wet chicken (which was drenched in water) on my sandwich and then toasted it for 30 seconds. The sandwich was gross. Dont recomend wasting your time and money at this place.
