I think the one thing that will always disappoint me about Mr Sub is the cold sandwiches. Some sandwiches are great cold, but eating a steak and cheese, or a chicken sandwich with unmelted cheese is kinda gross, especially since it’s not “fresh” and has been sitting out for hours. They used to warm the sandwich and grill it for you, then they moved to only grilling and now they only provide cold gross sandwiches that fall apart so easily because they haven’t been warmed. Terrible food, terrible service. Asked for a keto bun, (dealing with a major language barrier with the new canadian staff) I was then asked why i wanted a keto bun, very rude in my opinion, before another staff member informed me that they didn't have any despite advertising them. The new canadian then proceeded to give me the wrong bread, a 12" instead of the 6" I asked for. I really appreciate the food and service at this Mr. Sub location At Divison — it’s always consistent and the staff are friendly and hardworking. However, one thing that really stands out (in a not-so-good way) is the temperature inside the store. It gets extremely hot, especially during the summer, and I genuinely feel bad for the employees working nonstop around hot equipment with no proper cooling. I visited this place today. This place sucks.. there are flies roaming around the food.. the place is extremely hot that we decided to quit dine-in.. looks like there is no system of air conditioning… food is not upto the standards.. highly disappointed
I went there 4 times last month and recently too this month . The air conditioning is not working at all . Every time I went there is too hot . I felt bad for all the workers as it’s to hard to even stand there . Please fix your air conditioning
