I was in the store at approx. 11:30 am on Thurs Feb. 27th for the very first time in this City. I usually go to Subway. The lady who took my order for a sub was venting that I was wanting my sauce after it was grilled. I told her sauce isn't supposed to be grilled and it should be put on after the sub is grilled. She told me my way was the improper way of making a sub. I'm sorry to give a one star review, but if there is a zero, I would be happy to give it zero. Reasons: 1. I ordered two large Italian salami subs on Uber. The estimated delivery time shown by Uber is one hour, but in fact Mr. Sub took more than one hour to prepare the food. I can't understand why it takes an hour to prepare a simple sub? I can make 30 subs in an hour. 2. I can understand and forgive some special reasons that lead to long preparation time. Me and wife don’t eat pork and was yelled at by whomever was in charge of using the phone because we did not want pork as our extra meat on our veggie subs. Refused to offer chicken or beef option Proceeded to start yelling aggressively that it’s our fault we don’t eat pork Very bad service. Shouldn’t be allowed near customers never mind a telephone or food preparation area
