I visited this Mr. Sub location to purchase cookies, and the experience was concerning. The staff member was cleaning the windows and counters with bare hands, and at no point did she wash her hands before serving me. Instead, she put on a single glove and attempted to hand me my order. When I politely requested that she wash her hands, she dismissed the concern, rolled her eyes, and stated that she “had gloves on,” despite not having washed beforehand. I love mr sub but I hate dealing with the Indian man at this location. He's always so rude. He got mad that I came in when it opened and then told me to come back 15 minutes later if i wanted food. He made it seem like it was my fault that visited the place before he could prepare the bread. To clarify, the store opened at 11am, I was there at 11:30. So he should've been ready for customers by 11.
The Indian male I dealt with on my visit to this location was very rude. I was redeeming my birthday sub and he rushed me and kept asking me, "What is the barcode!!? I need to see the barcode!!" I couldn't understand his thick accent and didn't know what he meant. When I finally pulled up my Mr. Sub wallet card, he said that was what he was asking me for and made me feel stupid for not knowing ahead of time. Had a great sub here! The rib sandwich hit the spot, glad that the promo is running. The owner is very kind and hardworking at this location. Would come back again!
