I truly do not recommend going to this location. As this franchise is already suffering, I do not understand how this owner affords to have such poor customer service skills and lack of ability to make a sandwich. Do you think it's right to just throw the sandwich as the customer? Trust me if you are reading this and still decide to go in, the owner or employee will not smile at you, stays on the phone or in the back and rushes you out the store. Worse customer service! Super rude staff and not accommodating at all! Walked in as a first customer never purchased before and the man that worked there was extremely rude and not inviting and gave an attitude right away. Will not ever return to this location. The food is not even fresh and very old and stale! Will not reccomend this place as the staff is miserable and arrogant to customers!
Always great service here. The owner is a really nice man who treats customers very well. He is honest and fair. This Mr. Sub location is kept clean and tidy. I thank the owner for great service 🙏
I grabbed a kids’ meal for my daughter while she stayed in the car. The cashier made a sarcastic remark about an adult buying a kids’ meal and complained that the meal was too cheap. I feel bad that they ended up working for a franchise they don’t like, but that’s no excuse to take it out on customers.
