I love this location, especially when the owner is in. She’s always super friendly and gives us a free cookie with our order. Only issue we some to have is when the other employee is in. She doesn’t like when you ask for certain things and states “She’s making it how, they make the sub”. Which is completely fine, but we should be able to make our subs how we wish. Without feeling uncomfortable after, because we’ve visibly upset her. Besides that, I ALWAYS enjoy coming here for my all subs.
I would give it a -5 if i could
lady got upset cause she didn't understand that i wanted an italian on white bread..... not sure what's not to understand.
We went out of our way to go to a Mr Sub for our meal but were disappointed by my meatball sub. The bun was beyond stale. I haven’t had this happen in years. Just throw out the old buns, don’t pass them off to the microwaved subs it doesn’t work. The other two assorted subs purchased had fresh buns and were good. Mr Sub needs to monitor their franchises.
Terrible customer service.
