I've been a loyal Mr Sub customer for quite a while now. However, my recent experiences have led me to reconsider. Just the other day, I ordered a meatball sub, but when I got home and opened it up, this is what I found. This is very disappointing, and I'm done driving out of my way to buy from Mr Sub. Contacted them on Facebook and received a phone call months later and an email. Told to download the app and they would add a free sub. No phone call. Emailed back no return email. Called back a few times and nothing. Gave up

Terrible all around experience. Sub lady acted like every request I made was an inconvenience to her. Asked for extra cucumbers, they barely put any and then when i asked again, she said she would charge me for it, never have i ever been charged for extra cucumbers. They were paper thin anyway so pretty much non existent. I felt very unwelcome and employee was rude and dismissive throughout. Meat portion was thin and has been cheaped out from before. If you want to shop Canadian, buy your subs here! The owners are awesome and so friendly. The service is fast and professional. The subs are made with fresh ingredients and are SO tasty! I come here as often as I can.
