While on travel to Thunder Bay I made a stop at the Mr Sub on Memorial Ave. I had a wonderful experience while at the restaurant. I was served by Peter who is an absolute delight...He was very friendly and we chatted a bit about how we like our subs, particularly how they are assembled. I had my usual Footlong Super Assorted on White and it was phenomenal. I returned 2 days later & to my delight Peter was there, with his brother who seemed just as pleasant. I want to give shian a shout out I come every week at least for 1 day for my dinner and if there’s a line I will wait so she makes my sub for me. I’m fussy and like it done a certain way and every time she makes it exactly how I like. Also her customer service was amazing!! Keep her as long as she will stay!!
Absolutely superb costumer service by Shayane (I think that's how you spell her name) last night. By far one of the nicest sandwich artists I've ever encountered. I came in half an hour before closing and she was still so kind to me and my friend. 10/10 would recommend mr sub not only for the delicious sandwich I had but for the amazing service by staff. If I had the opportunity to work along side them I would take it in a heartbeat.
I wish I had the girls names but shoutout to the memorial location. I have been served by the girls who work the evening shifts a couple of times (girl in the red) and they are AMAZING!!! As a late night customer they are always giving top notch service & food!!!
