Don't even serve what they advertise, never know about any promotions that are advertised. Always a hassle to get the promotion even when you show them the promotion. 3rd time no knowledge of the promotion and after filling everything out on the app was told they don't even have the sub. Really try supporting a Canadian business but get a hassle every time

This location needs more than 1 staff making sandwiches, especially if they're taking mobile orders. There's no point ordering in advance as you end up waiting in line and well beyond your pick up time. The worker tonight was tediously slow and clearly needed help, but there was no sense of urgency at all. Also, very sloppy subs. I had the same experience last time I visited but thought maybe it was just a fluke/busy day so I gave them another shot. Lesson learned and will be going elsewhere next time.

Placed an order in the app. When I arrived at the time stated my order would be ready, there was a long line of folks ordering. I was told my sandwich would be made after everyone in line was done. I’m not sure what the point of ordering on the app was. Had to wait an additional 20 minutes after the stated pickup time.
