Ordered on under. Meatball sub requested grilled arrived ice cold. Who serves cold meatball subs? It was messy, sloppy and absolutely garbage. Turkey subs were also sloppy and messy. BLT sub was also requested to be grilled and arrived cold. Worst sub I've had in Guelph. Save yourself disappointment and go elsewhere.
I ordered take out and they gave me a 30 minutes delivery window, nothing came. Waited another 20 minutes and called Subway to cancel my order as my lunch break was now over and they refused. Great customer service! Way to be accountable. When it finally did come, what a disappointment. There was like 3 shredsof lettuce and about three pieces of the two other topping I picked. Save yourself the hassle and disappointment and go somewhere else, this Mr.Sub isn’t it.
Slow service, worker wasn't sure how to make my sub. When I got home I found a piece of plastic in my sub (from kimchi).
Great place to visit
it was really nice sub. my son had a game and i visited their in saturday afternoon and one employee name jhanvi made a sub was really nice. place is very neat and clean. highly recommend to visit.
