Absolutely pathetic. Why prioritize the online order, the size of a superbowl party, while an IN STORE customer is standing in front of them? Like what sort of customer disservice training did these employees get? How would they like it if the doctor skipped them at the emerg? Will not be coming to this location or any Mr.Sub in the future, no wonder Canadian businesses are dying, do better. Hire better. Thank you for coming to my TED talk.
