I stopped by Mr. Sub recently and had a really nice experience thanks to Mrs. Yan. She was very friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She took her time to make my sub exactly how I wanted it and made sure everything was perfect. The service was quick, the store was clean, and her positive attitude really made my visit better. It’s always great to see employees who care about their customers. Thank you, Mrs. Yan!
So pop in to get two subs one super assorted and just another one assorted while the guy was making my sub he was coughing, he turned his head, but there it is out in the air while he still making a sub instead of up and leaving to cough and wash his hands before coming back to make the subs. Too bad it used to be a good place to get a sub but no more.
Such a difference from Subway. Excellent service and a well made sub. Perfect.
Edit (previous review below) : The issue has now been corrected. I gave them a second chance and I have been a loyal customer to this location ever since. Keep up the good work 🙏🏼 Food is good but they are extremely cheap. I asked for extra cucumbers on a 6 inch sub and the lady working there only put like 3 slices.... They really need to step up the game on toppings. Everytime I went to other mr sub locations it was a lot better for serving size.. very disappointed.
Good choice for healthy food, affordable too:-)
