Had the most disgusting sub yesterday, returned it and then it said "refund limit exceeded" on the machine when trying to put it back on to my debit. The lettuce was so brown, the grill looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a week, the roast beef was gray and the bun was soggy. Not to mention the 6 inch I ordered was no more than 5 inches. Wont be returning, to at least that location.
Waited twenty minutes for her to take my order while she kept taking online orders. Never go here.
Just sloppy work in sandwich making. Last time going here. Not worth paying that price for unsatisfactory food. All shall pass this place. Not to mention order a 6 inch sub and recieved 5 inch sub. Ridiculous.
Fabulous food and such an awesome staff. Zeina is a gem of a person. She patiently built a masterclass sub for us with precision and care!
Amazing service, amazing food. I've been to many different Mr.Sub restaurants all across Ontario but I've never seen an exceptional customer service team like this chain. Would recommend this location 100%!
