I visited MrSub 4.30pm, 23 October 2025, There was one girl in front, She’s don’t know how to talk with customer, She’s discriminated with me, although when I asked about something related food, she’s gives me a inappropriate answer and talk too much rudely also aggressively and when I asked about utensils, she’s directly throw on a table and I’m feel very embarrassed on that time how’s she treat the customers.
Entered at 4pm today. Had to call out for the cashier. Ordered my subs but did not have the white bread I wanted in 6inches however they had it in 12 inches but didn’t want to slice the bread in half. Payed extra for cheese on both subs which was equal to 3 slices of cheddar cheese. My sub was grilled and the cashier put excess meat from the grill back onto my sub. Like really ? I used to come here for years and still talk to the owner when he is there. Please please hire staff that are able to provide customer service
Have you read the response from the owner on all bad reviews, thats mainly all of them, they are answered all the same. Don't care. If the staff not saying anything more. Gone there a few times as close to my house. They have always limited supplies. I order my favorites, not available. Tired of this place. Even the food doesn't look right maintained. Went to this location the other day. The lady did not greet me. As I’m talking to her telling her my order she was on the phone using her EarPods. She continued to use her EarPods and speak in her language the whole time. I had to keep telling her what I want on my sandwich as she continued to talk on the phone and talk over my food. She did not tell me how much my item is she just stood there waited for me to pay as the amount showed on the register.
