One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. After paying and seeing the transaction approved, I was literally backing out of my parking spot and about to drive off when a worker ran out of the store to my car, telling me the payment didn’t go through. I checked my bank account immediately and showed them proof that the charge had already gone through. I visited MrSub 4.30pm, 23 October 2025, There was one girl in front, She’s don’t know how to talk with customer, She’s discriminated with me, although when I asked about something related food, she’s gives me a inappropriate answer and talk too much rudely also aggressively and when I asked about utensils, she’s directly throw on a table and I’m feel very embarrassed on that time how’s she treat the customers.

Entered at 4pm today. Had to call out for the cashier. Ordered my subs but did not have the white bread I wanted in 6inches however they had it in 12 inches but didn’t want to slice the bread in half. Payed extra for cheese on both subs which was equal to 3 slices of cheddar cheese. My sub was grilled and the cashier put excess meat from the grill back onto my sub. Like really ? I used to come here for years and still talk to the owner when he is there. Please please hire staff that are able to provide customer service
