I had a great experience at this restaurant, and a huge part of that was because of Rajan, the supervisor and owner. He is an amazing, super professional, and genuinely caring person who clearly takes pride in making sure every customer has a good experience. Had an amazing experience at Mr. Sub! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavour. Special thanks to Iqbal for the excellent service—he was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was perfect. You can really tell he cares about the customers. Highly recommend Mr. Sub, especially if Iqbal is serving you! Great food and great service.
Watch as I don't ever buy a sub here again. They had a bogo deal and I asked them to put the meat from one assorted in the other, the lady said she couldn't. I said then just don't put the meat on the other one, they said they couldn't either. So idk throw the meat in the trash. You made two customers annoyed by a slight technicality, and I walked out and went to the other rival sub restaurant. Not coming back here.
Was pretty hungry and me and my cousin got veggie tex mex sub. Jass our server was very good and made our sub perfect. She also informed me the southwest Chipotle sauce contains eggs. Which i do not eat. When the mr sub site for allergies says no eggs for the Chipotle sauce. I will inform head office.
