Absolutely disgusting experience at this Mr. Sub location. The place was FILTHY. Tables were sticky, and worst of all, BUGS CRAWLING EVERYWHERE. As if that wasn’t bad enough, I found a HAIR IN MY FOOD. When I brought it up to the manager, they were unbelievably rude and dismissive, acting like I was the problem instead of their nasty restaurant. Around noon today, I had the most delightful experience at Mr. Sub. The individual who prepared my order executed it flawlessly, adhering to my specific instructions with precision. It was a truly exceptional sub. I'm genuinely thrilled to see Mr. Sub's standards revitalized; this level of care is precisely what retains loyal customers.
Food and service was great coming for last 10 years. Iqbal is amazing.
