Stopped for a little lunch date today and had he most amazing experience. The man working was so friendly, and took care making our subs. It was so nice to not to feel like I was being rushed. The little patio was such a nice touch for eating at. Sub was also delicious!
I hate leaving bad reviews, but mr.sub blows. I don’t care to elaborate because it would feel like I’m being hard on subways handicapped brother. Fix your washrooms. Overproof your bread so there’s room for toppings. If you’re gonna name a sandwich, pineapple jerk chicken, then put pineapple on it and if it’s regular bird you’re using it - wash the conveyor belt flavor off it. Can’t believe this sandwich that was too pathetic for me to even photograph set me back 15$ and my dignity.
Horrible service bacon was raw when I clearly asked for well done...then they told me and brother extra veg was extra money and tried to say subway chargers extra....never going to this location again...also was the messiest sub ever...
Used to best sub ever.. not sure what happened ordered pizza sub on cheese bread and the cheese tasted weird and onions were different. Not happy whatever changes u made, change them back pls.
Got a promotion on the Mr.Sub app, placed the order, went into the store. The guy was extremely rude and said "you're not my regular customer why did you claim this promotion at my location. I only do this for my regulars. Next time don't claim this at my location go somewhere else." Then he finally proceeded to make the order when it should have been done before I got there.
