Ordered subs online, we love mr. Sub but this location, the employee on the phone was rude and just hung up without telling me the total, when we got it delivered the subs were good but we got sick the day after having them. This location we will not be visiting again
It’s very frustrating to have to wait upwards of 25 mins to order a sub. It may help to have more than 1 person during meal times. However my sub is always very good so I will keep coming back but it does take 1/2 my lunch hour to actually place an order.
One person handling lunch rush, baking bread, prepping subs and doing cash. Unbelievably slow. Two customers walked out while we waited for the employee to make four subs for the person ahead of us. Bun was stale. This place needs more staff.
I have a Louisiana chicken wrap approximately six times a week and I normally have it from this location as well as it is from my home somehow this time he charged me $30 for a large wrap and a drink, which is what I normally order every time for under $20 is excuse was it’s a large and I said to him yes that’s what I order every day. I paid them because it’s principal. He wanted to give me a discount and I refused as I hate being taking advantage of. Principal
