Outside of the fact this man has zero business sense and refused to put a man in prison for stealing money and then sold a company to him that now is epically failing. I needed a place to park my dad's boat fast. I called up to the Concord office and spoke with a Denise. Turns out this my lucky day as she is the head manager. Extremely courteous and accomodating she was. Created a parking spot out of thin air and gave me a great price. I will be using their services from here on out. TN
