These people are illegally running this storage business. State law clearly states that we are not supposed to be charged more than one late fee - well, here's black and white proof that they do. And apparently, they look to charge a possible third late fee! I have already reported this business to the bureau and will be taking further legal action as I am not going to tolerate my personal things to be in limbo because of greed. I needed a place to park my dad's boat fast. I called up to the Concord office and spoke with a Denise. Turns out this my lucky day as she is the head manager. Extremely courteous and accomodating she was. Created a parking spot out of thin air and gave me a great price. I will be using their services from here on out. TN

I went to a different U-Haul and was turned away because the system was down. So I came to this location. And was given a different attitude and they used a back up system to get me processed and moved in to the truck that I needed! Definitely recommend!!!
