We reserved with another location for a Mem. Day rental, they rented the truck we needed, so we were sent to this location. What no one bothered to tell us was that the location was closed. Getting the truck took at least 3 phone calls, downloading an app, uploading a selfie, and pic of driver's license, identifying the correct truck on their lot, and then they give you the lock box code for the key. Awesome service! Were able to get me a rental when I couldn’t get one anywhere else. Made the process easy an seamless. Will be renting again!
Total rip off!!!! I was excessively charged! Milage showed i went 81 miles. I only went 42! I strongly recommend photos of everything i was told by the agent the reason I was charged the price was she calls someone else in the industry NOT haul for verification
Great place and extremely friendly! I would rent a U-Haul anytime from this location.
