Mr. Sandman came recommended to me by my realtor, who was impressed by the work they had done for his client. I gave them a call for an estimate and they came that afternoon. They showed up on time, every time they said they would, sourced hard to match wood species and grain for some expert patching jobs on my 1800's home, and got the job done quickly and with quality. They refinished over 3000sqft of flooring for me in under a week. I can't recommend them enough.

Mr.Sandman is the go to for all your wood flooring needs! Quality work, excellent communication, and very fair prices! Spoke with Peter who arrived the next day to quote the job and had his crew there working the following day! Couldn’t believe how quick he was able to fit in my 2 story wood floor refinishing! I make sure to refer Mr. Sandman to everyone I know.

This has been my second time using Frank and his crew to refinish our wood floors, first time at a different home over 20 years ago and besides a few gray hairs haha 😄 the professionalism and product of Mr Sandman is outstanding, it hasn't changed, he did the whole house minus the living room and they look so great, I don't even want to walk on them. Thank you Frank for such a great job for a fair price.
