Mr.Sandman is the go to for all your wood flooring needs! Quality work, excellent communication, and very fair prices! Spoke with Peter who arrived the next day to quote the job and had his crew there working the following day! Couldn’t believe how quick he was able to fit in my 2 story wood floor refinishing! I make sure to refer Mr. Sandman to everyone I know.

This has been my second time using Frank and his crew to refinish our wood floors, first time at a different home over 20 years ago and besides a few gray hairs haha 😄 the professionalism and product of Mr Sandman is outstanding, it hasn't changed, he did the whole house minus the living room and they look so great, I don't even want to walk on them. Thank you Frank for such a great job for a fair price.

Frank was introduced to me by a neighbor of mine, who’s a general contractor, who’s known Frank many years. From our first meeting until the completion of the job—refinishing four rooms and foyer on the first floor of our 100 year old home in West Springfield—Frank was a total professional.
