Having been here a few times and loving the experience my niece and I decided it would be a great idea to bring are god-daughters and family for Christmas. We had reservations so not really understanding why we had such horrible service. 40 minutes we waited just to get water and another 15 to get are tea. No sugar more waiting. Are parking time limit was up before we ever saw any food (that’s 2 hours). Nothing was even close to the service or experience we had before. We do apologize again for an unsatisfactory experience. Unfortunately, we were understaffed and this contributed to the slower than normal service. We are a small business and our customers mean everything to us. Again, we sincerely apologize.
I had "high tea" for the first time. I'm not really a tea drinker, but I did like the teas that I tried after I added the sugar/sweetener I asked for twice before it was brought to the table. The service was VERY slow (over 30 minutes to get WATER)--and we had a reservation! The food was good, but nothing spectacular. They apologized, saying they were "just really busy." When it came time for collecting payment, our server was at the table quite quickly! I did love all the hats that were available! �
Great place to just relax and enjoy all the homemade desserts.
I had the pleasure of hosting a beautiful bridal shower tea there. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was awesome. I would highly recommend this year room.
My coworkers had my bridal shower at Mrs. Teapots and it was wonderful! The staff were friendly and explained each course as it came out and the teas; since some of us have not experienced a tea room before. They made my first experience, one to remember and we will be returning customers! Thanks again ladies!!!
Wonderful experience! Our sandwiches, tea and desserts were all delicious but it was the atmosphere that really makes the place. My 17 year old daughter went for some bonding time and had a blast. I would highly recommend the place!
Such a quaint little place with excellent service, food and of course, tea!
