Initial virtual consult ran long, I was told to re-join 1 hour later which I did. Sharyl did not join and was unavailable by phone. Later after completing all the forms, I'm being told the only way to proceed is to drive the better part of an hour to their office in Katy, which I was not told prior to payment being tendered. I've requested a refund as of 5 days ago and received no response. Planning to dispute with the credit card company. Quite unprofessional and does not set adequate expectations.
Amazing provider who really cares! Addresses all of my concerns and works with me to find the best plan of treatment. Highly recommended to anyone looking or in need of a provider who listens and wants to help.
Don't waste your time. No one answers the phones and they will not work with you in setting appointments.
