Ms Pagel engages in a good bit of gaslighting. Says her practice would never prescribe a certain medication- husband has to show bottle to her that they in fact did (you know it's in his records). Dr. Lender had labs in the green always- Ms Pagel takes over his patients, and suddenly EVERYTHING is in red- but it's husband's fault for not following charts she claims she's given him but never has...Dr. Lender, please come back.
Polly is great deserves 5 stars, but the front office rude and condescending. They never answer phones and never return calls.
