Unprofessional and unorganized . I filled out new patient packets for my family of 4. Very time consuming paperwork btw that I had to physically pick up a their office. After 2 weeks, they still had not reviewed our paperwork. I sat on hold for 10 minutes for them to locate our paperwork. I was so disappointed I asked that they shred all our paperwork and we would find somewhere else to go. I have never dealt with this in my life, so crazy.
