We arrived 40 minutes early and ended up waiting a full hour for our appointment. This reflects truly terrible behavior on the part of the doctors and medical staff; even when we asked to be seen sooner—because we had another doctor's appointment to get to—they dragged things out until the very last minute.

Завжди все добре та без проблем, вчасно передзвонює та консультує по телефону, якщо ситуація термінова.. трохи важко записатися, бо має багато пацієнтів, але зловити місце - цілком реально. Не розумію людей, які звинувачують лікаря в своїх же косяках з запізненням і страхуванням
