She is great and always listened to me
Flat out RUDE. When office staff does not mention that virtual visits are an option, how is one to automatically know??!! I don’t recommend this nurse as your provider. Zero compassion or understanding of a patient with Dementia. Don’t waste your time for an unhelpful appointment that takes less than 5 minutes. We were referred by an oncologist that ordered a CT. They had not gathered or even requested those images. This appointment was a complete waste of my morning and my time. My time is just as valuable. Thank you.
