Dr. Wigfall really helped me in my time of need dealing with Mental Health issues. She researched and found solutions that worked for me. She also showed patience as I needed to adjust to taking certain medications and staying on them. She is straight forward and to the point which I appreciated. I'm not there anymore in Virginia but I really miss her as being my doctor.
I have been a patient for a year and she has taken such good care, she has much patience and I'm doing so much better now. My family is proud I'm doing so much better. I recommend Dr Wigfall, she is awesome!
Dr. Wigfall was unfriendly and argumentative during appointments. She rushed through appts and made me feel my opinion didn't matter. Anyone with a fragile mental space should not see Dr. wigfall as their medical professional.
Complete joke and trash on the of handling new patients and conducting business. Has virtual signing option for documents but won’t accommodate potential new patients to use option because in their words “I don’t like it so I don’t use it” when it doesn’t matter what they like they should DO THEIR JOB AND ACCEPT THE FORMS IN THE WAY PATIENT IS COMFORTABLE.
