Have to share my experience with Jean Diaz, I called the management group because of my lack of experience with purchasing a condo,I had some questions. My experience with Jean she was extremely rude the entire time. There was a tone from the beginning to the end! I’m trying to point out how she’s being rude and she hung up the on me. I called again and tried to get her boss. (Think she owns it)Why would I want to buy a property and have to deal with this on a regular basis??

They have very little experience/knowledge in the construction field, so repairs never get fixed. The ROOF needed replacement AND/OR WATER INTRUSION ISSUES WERE APARENT BEFORE the hurricane, I called and sent text after text about the many problems. They will tell you they will be back to repair and never return. Very shady, I would never buy a condo associated with MRS managing it again. I don’t believe you can find a more cooperative and informative person as Jean that works at MRS Property management. She goes out of her way to help. Ron Thomas, vice president Seville condominiums.

We have worked with MRS and Rico for many years. MRS has been very professional every time we have worked with them. Their attention to detail is top notch, I would recommend Rico and Kim for any properties looking for service that goes above and beyond.

If I could give less than one start, I would. Terrible experience with this Company. They were the management company for our condo HOA. They didn't pay our bills on time, they did almost nothing to help manage our Association. They didn't return phone calls, didn't get bids as requested and didn't oversee vendors. They cost us money and a huge amount of aggravation and frustration. Stay away or you will be sorry.
