I was diagnosed by my previous rheumatologist in February 2025 and recently moved from out of state, which meant transferring my ongoing care to this provider. Unfortunately, she completely contradicted my established diagnosis and dismissed much of what was already documented. My appointment was for 8:00 and I drove in the rain for over an hour away after waiting over a month for the appointment. I took off work and she refused to see me because I was a few minutes late. Horrible person…..

Just took our daughter to see Kristen. She was wonderful, caring didn't rush through our appointment. She was so helpful. Thanks to Kristen Richardson for everything. She is amazing, I highly recommend her.
