I am extremely disappointed with the lack of organization at this doctor's office. I was given an appointment for 10 AM, but when I arrived, I was told it was a mistake and my actual appointment was at 11 AM. Despite waiting until 11 AM, the doctor didn't see me until 11:45. This is not the first time this has happened—every time I schedule an appointment, I end up waiting until the very last minute of my scheduled time, or even later, for the doctor to see me.
