I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. The dentist was rude and dismissive, and I did not feel respected or cared for as a patient. When I explained that I didn’t have insurance, there was no effort to offer reasonable options or work with me—just charges that didn’t seem to match the level of service provided. Great dentist and explains everything that is being done.
Always professional and pleasant. I have been a patient for over twenty years and Dr Diggles has always been very receptive to my concerns making sure I received the care I needed. Her hygienist is professional and friendly making teeth cleaning a pleasant experience.
