I seen Jana Soule, and she treated me like she was disgusted or better than me when she walked in. Im big on character and I could read her immediately. She seemed really uninterested, extremely judgemental and very very condescending. I will not go back especially after speaking to the nurse today that didnt know what was going on.
So! I wasn't just the only one! From the moment I met her, she acted condescending, didn't listen, even interrupting me mid-sentence, seemed disinterested in any of my symptoms, made a snap diagnosis and sent me for a colonoscopy. I will not go to CIG if it means I will have to see this person. She should be working in the billing department, not working with patients
She was kind of disinterested in me. Did not explain my upcoming surgery . Would not see her again
Bad bedside manner, acts like she knows more about your body than you. Doesn’t care about family history, acts as if it’s not pertinent. One appointment and I’m done.
