So! I wasn't just the only one! From the moment I met her, she acted condescending, didn't listen, even interrupting me mid-sentence, seemed disinterested in any of my symptoms, made a snap diagnosis and sent me for a colonoscopy. I will not go to CIG if it means I will have to see this person. She should be working in the billing department, not working with patients
She was kind of disinterested in me. Did not explain my upcoming surgery . Would not see her again
Bad bedside manner, acts like she knows more about your body than you. Doesn’t care about family history, acts as if it’s not pertinent. One appointment and I’m done.
The other reviews I read made me incredibly nervous for my appt with Jana. However, I had an incredible experience with her. She's VERY thorough and straight to the point, which I love. But she's also very sociable and kind. If you're considering an appt with her, DO IT! Seriously. My personal experience was fantastic with her and I will continue seeing her.
