M.R.S HomeCare , are super helpful, and explain everything so well. Their billing , is straight forward. They are quick to ,get back with you if you call.
My Insurance has paid for the same oxygen concentrator completely two times. Then when I began medicare they charged and medicare paid them for the same concentrator again. After 5 years of no service to the concentrator they suddenly decided it needed to be serviced regularly and charged me for that. They are working the system. They contribute to why insurance rates are so high.
Mr. Joey was very pleasant to work with he is very professional with his job he is a 10 all the way EXCELLENT!!
