Sometimes there is an employee that just doesn't handle things appropriately. That just happens, but I knew that MRS Homecare strives for excellence, so when this happened, I called and asked to speak to someone who could take care of the problem. Maddie saved the day. She went above and beyond to help me and to make sure things were handle quickly and correctly. I hope the owners read this review and know what a valuable employee they have in Maddie. She was great. I can't say enough good about her. She was wonderful!!!
