Holli and her nurses are exceptional. I always feel comfortable when talking to her. Today was one of my best moments. My daughter has always had an extremely difficult time getting shots. I asked if she could bring a friend with and Holli said, " yes". Today while getting shots 3 nurses came in and my daughter got her shots surrounded by her friends that provided her comfort and reduced her anxiety. The nurses went above and beyond and even did a picture for a keepsakes of the 1st time getting shots without being held down.... read more
Holli came to my visit with her own agenda and appeared to have no regard for mine. I’m the patient, I’m paying for the visit, so it felt like I should have been the priority. But checking her boxes w/ what SHE “needed” done during the appointment seemed to be the focus. I've worked as a clinician, I understand there is info you have to get in every appointment, but the MAIN reason for the appointment is to help meet the needs of the patient / client.
