Gary did a thorough job and was very professional. He answered every question I had. They started immediately and didn’t stop till the installation was completed and the system was running.
I don't like to give bad reviews cause often it is just one glimpse into how a company does their business. The other part of this is that initially and largely the problem lies with Perdue who was the company that installed my new furnace and ac a few years ago. When you pay so much money for a new install you don't expect problems. But from the start there have been problems and they weren't realized until I quit using Perdue and MRS and went with another company. The guys who came out to take care of me were awesome! At first one who came, was Dustin. He came at 10:00 pm on a Friday when I had no heat! Super dedication to helping others. This morning another great guy came to fix my kitchen plumbing. Not only did he fix it, he helped me carry a bunch of things from my car to my front door. I would recommend this MRS team to everyone.
