Gunner was very nice and polite. He checked the ductwork. He suggested the MRS service packages.
A great experience dealing with MRS staff, salesman Ricky, and installers.
Service call for one year in Service. Cleaned both furnace and air conditioner
Great job at a reasonable price. The technicians were friendly and professional.
We called M.R.S. for a second opinion on our 2 older furnaces. Rick showed us time stamped photos and explained options to replace or repair. We appreciated his honesty and that we were able to have the new systems installed two days later. The installation guys were courteous and efficient.
