Air conditioning stopped working , they were able to send Gunner out to help us the next day, fast friendly, explained our issue and its solutions. It was overall a great experience dealing with an unfortunate turn of events.
The technicians completed the work and were professional. The service met expectations. They offered to come in the day we called.
The service was professional and timely - they stood behind their product and completed the repair under warranty and did an excellent job!
MRS did a very good job we called on Monday and they were out Tuesday afternoon to look at our Split units that needed serviced and one unit need freon the technician did a great job of servicing the units the pricing was competitive. The units are working like they should be. Thank you Duke. I would highly recommend MRS for your heating and cooling needs. First United Methodist Church New Castle.
