Mrs. G TV and Appliances is a 3rd generation family owned Retail Appliance and TV super store with over 75 years of very satisfied customers. We recently moved 1/2 south down Business Route 1, next to Worldwide. We are operating out of a temporary showroom, which will become our warehouse once the final, permanent showroom is complete. Great Price, not so great service It's been a couple years, but you can't beat them for price. They contract out there installs and they weren't the best. They service was a bit slow and just not too knowledgeable about the products. I shopped elsewhere till I figured out what I wanted, then called to ask if they could beat the price. Then, I went in to finalize!
Not Coming Back I have to start by saying this last experience for me was my third with this local store. I have had frustrations in the past (I guess my foolishness for returning) but the store did an excellent job of customer service and I felt comfortable coming back. However this last experience has turned me off and I will not only not be returning, but I recommend you go somewhere else as well. long standing store This appliance store is well established and easy to get to on route 1 north, just north of Trenton. There is good variety on all appliances. The salespeople are very knowledgeable and they can be of great help as you try to figure out what is up with appliances. This store stands behind its products and they deliver to your home. I recommend it!
Helpful, personal service you can't get at a Best Buy. Mrs. G has been in business a long time in this area. In fact, the paper just had an article about the original Mrs. G in her 70s finally handing operations over to her daughter this past week. Most people cruise right up route 1 straight to Best Buy, Wal-Mart and Circuit City, but Mrs. G still has a great selection and competitive pricing. Consistently Superior Service I have purchased from Mrs G's in the past and my recent purchase confirmed that dealing with a local business is the best way to purchase appliances. I recently stopped at three "Chain" appliance stores in the area and only at Mrs G's did Chris the salesman really listen to what I needed and then worked with me to find the appliance that best met my needs. He also made sure that it was priced competively. I saved money and will continue to use Mrs G's as my TV and Appliance supplier.
Competitve pricing, local shop This store has pricing that is competitive with all the big box retailers in the area, and much better customer service. We have been buying from here for years and recommend it. Purchased a dryer that didnt work once we got it home, within a few hours the store was at our house with a new dryer and took the old one away.
