Cookies taste artificial. You can argue all you want about them being “baked fresh in store” but that doesn’t change the fact that your franchise is shipped frozen dough balls from corporate, which of course aren’t going to taste as good as a cookie that’s actually freshly made. There’s no cookie smell! Unfortunate it’s not prime. Sad and depressing. Cookies are not fresh tasting. and no aroma to make you want to eat these extravagant cookies.

Fantastic visit! We had an amazing selection to choose from and everything was baked perfectly and my kid devoured them! We had to run back before leaving and grab another Buy 3 get 1 Free of their cookies. For the drive home. Great staff and very helpful.
