Contacted the mall to order 4 cookies for a graduation 2026 display. Was very specific on the color theme and what I was looking for. The girl who spoke to me was extremely nice contacted the manager while I was on the phone to ensure that what I was requesting was something that was doable. When I got there to pick up my cookies, the girl working asked me to look at them and said she would try to fix them. When I opened the box, I was in shock at how horrible they looked. After not coming here for so long, I was excited. I arrived here the gentleman was nice. However the price of 12 mini cookies was best $14! & They were super hard. Such a let down. I don't think I'll ever come back. Do better.
Cookies were great. I received them as a gift and they tasted pretty good but the second I heated them up in a toaster oven they were honestly awesome. Especially with some tea.
I spent 32.00 on hard cookies I could not eat! The girl at the counter was very nice ! Disapointed we took a special trip to the mall.
