I love how much floor space this place had for my 90 yo mother to move around using her walker.
Ok. First I have to say the staff is friendly and yes, the services provided are adequate. The problem comes from the lack of transparency on the prices, in addition to the language barrier. I took my daughter to get a sew in today (yes, they do that) but I assumed, like most people would, it is priced by install, right? WRONG! You are charged per row/track! Was I told? The absolute worst salon experience ever! I went here for the first time to get clip-in extensions applied. I was told one price, but when it was time to pay, it was suddenly $35 more. Bianca charged me a different amount anyway, and I still gave her a tip. A week later, I went back to have the extensions removed because the owner said doing it myself could ruin my hair.
