I admit I’ve never been to this salon. However I considered making an appointment…that is until I read the RESPONSES from the owner on the negative reviews. It’s says a lot when an owner cannot take constructive criticism and has very little empathy towards unsatisfied potential long term clients. It’s a no for me.

Ok. First I have to say the staff is friendly and yes, the services provided are adequate. The problem comes from the lack of transparency on the prices, in addition to the language barrier. I took my daughter to get a sew in today (yes, they do that) but I assumed, like most people would, it is priced by install, right? WRONG! You are charged per row/track! Was I told? No. So for 14 tracks installed (is it 14? Who knows..cuz I didnt count..cuz I didnt know), wash and blowdry, I was charged a whopping $530!!! Oh yes, she's 1... read more
