Horrible experience. I had to cancel my appt . I not only texted Amelia but also emailed her 48hrs in advance to avoid any charges. Amelia was extremely unprofessional and rude. While I was on the phone I forwarded the email 2 times and emailed a screen shot of the text msg's 3 time but she was still extremely unprofessional.
