OMG!!! This was my very first time visiting Alabama and I wanted some good old Soulfood. So I Googled your restaurant and gps how to get there. I will say LOOKS ARE DECEIVING and never judge a book by its cover! The Food was great, and Yes I did recommend you restaurant to anyone who would listen! Mrs. B I will back the next time I visit Alabama��
I tell you this..when we pulled up I knew it would be good and it was..the MEATLOAF WAS AMAZING..I got the chicken but my wife got the MEATLOAF...chicken was ok but the MEATLOAF WAS AMAZING. also the sides are good especiallythe dressing ans gravy! Get gravy!
Service was just ok; had to ask for fried green tomatoes three times and finally got them toward end of meal, but all the food was excellent! I'lol go back for sure.
Wife was a little worried when we pulled, up however their were sevral troops eating on the front porch so we new we were in a good place. The food was everything you would expect from your granmas house on Thanksgiving, Christmas, or any sunday after church. All handmade and you could tell by looking you were going to love it.
