Very unprofessional, uncaring and rude! No medical professional should have the audacity to name call a patient and accuse them of things that are untrue. Especially when they don’t even know your medical history because they failed to read your medical records
Rude as heck because I was a few minutes late for appointment and wouldn’t see me.
