8 years post op from neck surgery. Dr. Mroz is my hero! I asked him before surgery if my migraine head aches would go away. He truthfully said he could not guarantee it however I'm migraine free for 8 years now! Dr Mroz performed a 14 hour T5-T6 corpectomy with Harrington rods and screws nearly 20 years ago for me. This was after my spine didn't heal correctly from a compression burst fracture in 2005. I still feel great and am able to live my best life. Dr Mroz is amazing!
My husband's head on an xray/ mri literally looked like it was falling off of the top of his spine. This affected many things with physically and emotionally. Also his spinal cord was pinched in 3 places. Walking with his head dropped caused balance issues. He had numbness in his hands and feet, and was losing fine motor skills.
