During my radiation treatment, I have received excellent customer service every single visit. The staff is friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I will miss them when my radiation is complete.

Today is my last day of treatment. I have found the staff at MRO Brainerd to be caring, competent and uplifting professionals. They always greet you with a friendly hello, how are you. Even though we are all wearing masks I can tell they are smiling. They know to ask the right questions, to identify issues you may be having. Then they have the expertise to help you deal with it. Even though I hope to not require their services again, MRO Brainerd will be first choice for care!!
