Honestly, JC is a nice and personable guy. He’s very talkative and does a good job explaining what he’s doing throughout the haircut. Unfortunately, that doesn’t make up for the haircut I received. One of the things I told him was to not shave above my sideburns, and he did exactly that. He went roughly halfway up the side of my head. I came in with long hair and asked for a very simple cleanup around the ears and the back of my neck. amazing place best barber in town. really enjoyed time here.
I left feeling confident that the beard trim was in good condition, but upon further inspection I was disappointed by the lack of detail, encroachment, and uneven nature of the work. The experience set me back a month or so in my growth and natural shape - I am sure the haircuts are great, but I will go to specialized barbers for beard maintenance in the future.
Great cut, reasonable price! Was able to make a same day appointment, and JC took his time to make sure the cut was exactly what I wanted. Great conversation too. Will definitely be back!
