love the late hours! I was able to get a MRI at 9pm!
Everyone was very nice . The tech that did the MRI knew exactly what he was doing . Thank you MRI specialist.
I waited for my appointment but they put someone in fromt of me after I waited 40 minutes I ask the girl she got real nasty and told me it would take another 30-35 minutes I told them I would go somewhere else they replied so what this is a unprofessional business
Had a problem with our insurance and the woman was nasty. Didn't volunteer to call insurance or help us. Told us to pay the amount on the screen or reschedule. Was not the least bit helpful. This was our 3rd MRI this year so its not like they couldn't check our records to see what the normal copay was. Very disappointed.
