Staff was EXTREMELY nice and welcoming. Clean facility, etc…they completely misdiagnosed, though. Said arm/wrist MRI came back clear, healthy practically! Meaning- I shouldn’t have been experiencing the pain, that I was.They were wrong and had three procedures since, all with anesthesia…another later down the line. Tendons/cartilage all messed up..but this could also be put on the doctor that read the report!
Went to get MRI at MRI of Louisiana at 6:45 am Nov 4 at West Jeff hospital the representative asked for insurance card/Id went to present it to her she continued to type never once looked up to retrieve the cards then asked for the cards again as if I never presented them to her. The rep that called to confirm my appointment failed to mention that I had to put a card down for a payment plan. I had to reschedule for another day. She never apologized ,no empathy she was very dry no customer service skills at all. Her focus was... read more
I had my first MRI and they made it so easy. I was explaining every detail and eased my anxiety. Chris was very friendly. Thanks guy for doing a awesome job!
