Today was a horrible experience with the front receptionist, she acted like she couldn't care less about what I had to say, she was too busy playing on her phone to talk to me. Rudest woman I ever met, this is also the same lady that lied to me about my MRI being already approved by insurance. I called last week to find out and see told me it wasn't approved yet well I found out that was a lie when my Drs office told me it's been approved the whole time. The receptionist girl up front mustve been one of the rudest people I've ever met. Attitude and too busy on her cellphone. Maybe hire someone with people skills. Everyone else was great though. Clean office.
